小儿过敏性鼻炎应用氯雷他定与糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的探究小儿过敏性鼻炎采取氯雷他定与糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂诊疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月~2023年1月就诊于本院的小儿过敏性鼻炎患儿研究,总例数68例,按随机数字法分组,对照组予单一用药模式(氯雷他定),治疗组予联合用药模式(氯雷他定与糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂),比较指标,如有效率、症状评分、实验室指标、不良反应。结果①有效率:治疗组较对照组,有效率获得更高的水平(P<0.05);②症状评分:治疗组较对照组,各项症状(鼻痒、流涕)获得更低的评分(P<0.05);③实验室指标:治疗组较对照组,白介素-6(IL-6)、嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)计数更低,IFN-γ更高(P<0.05);④不良反应:治疗组较对照组,嗜睡、恶心等发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论小儿过敏性鼻炎采取氯雷他定与糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂诊疗效果确切,可迅速缓解症状,减轻炎性状态,且联合用药未增加不良反应,安全有效,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Loratadine and glucocorticoid nasal spray in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 68 children with allergic rhinitis 2021 from January to 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Loratadine only,the treatment group was given Loratadine combined with glucocorticoid nasal spray,and the efficacy,symptom scores,laboratory parameters and adverse reactions were compared.Results:@effective rate:the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);@symptom score:The Treatment Group was lower than the control group in all symptoms(nasal itching and runny nose)(p<0.05);the levels of IL-6,Eos and IFN-γin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-6,Eos and IFN-γin the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The levels of IL-6,eosinophil granulocyte and IFN-γin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group;adverse reactions:there was no significant difference in the incidence of somnolence and nausea between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Loratadine and glucocorticoid nasal spray are effective in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis,and can rapidly relieve symptoms and reduce inflammatory state.The combination of Loratadine and glucocorticoid nasal spray is safe and effective without increasing adverse reactions,it is worth learning from.
