血常规联合C反应蛋白、降钙素原检测在儿童传染性单核细胞增多症与化脓性扁桃体炎鉴别诊断中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究儿童传染性单核细胞增多症与化脓性扁桃体炎鉴别诊断中应用血常规、C反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)检测的效果。方法数据取自我院2022年1月-2022年12月收治的50例儿童传染性单核细胞增多症患儿(甲组)、50例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿(乙组),行血常规、CRP及PCT检测,分析检测结果。结果两组比较发热占比无差异,P>0.05;甲组的淋巴结肿大占比(30.00%)、肝脾肿大占比(34.00%)高于乙组(8.00%)、(8.00%),甲组的咽痛占比(6.00%)、全身不适占比(6.00%)低于乙组(24.00%)、(28.00%);较乙组,甲组的CRP及PCT指标更高;较乙组,甲组的中性粒细胞计数、血小板计数指标更低,白细胞计数、血红蛋白指标更高,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论血常规、CRP及PCT检测用于鉴别诊断儿童传染性单核细胞增多症与化性扁桃体炎具有较高诊断价值,为疾病诊疗提供数据支持、值得推崇。Objective To investigate the effect of blood routine,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)detection in the differential diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis and suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods The data were collected from 50 children with infectious mononucleosis(group A)and 50 children with suppurative tonsillitis(group B)admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.Blood routine,CRP and PCT detection were performed,and the detection results were analyzed.Results There was no difference in fever proportion between the two groups(P>0.05).First division of lymph node enlargement ratio(30.00%),liver and spleen enlargement ratio(34.00%)than group b(8.00%),(8.00%)in the first division of sore throat than proportion(6.00%),the whole body discomfort(6.00%)than group b(24.00%),(28.00%).The CRP and PCT indexes of group A were higher than those of group B;Compared with group B,the neutrophil count and platelet count indexes of group A were lower,and the white blood cell count and hemoglobin indexes were higher,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Blood routine,CRP and PCT tests have high diagnostic value in differentiating infectious mononucleosis and suppurative tonsillitis in children,and provide data support for disease diagnosis and treatment.
