摘　　要：鼻息肉病是临床中较为常见的一种疾病,具有危害性低、发病率高、复发率高等特征,但目前尚未针对鼻息肉病的发病机制得到统一、明确的说法,学者普遍认同该病由多种因素共同作用导致,已知且具有相关研究支持的包括感染因素、细胞因子因素、细菌超抗原因素以及基因影响等。经调查可知,鼻息肉病发病率可达到2.7~3.0%,其中男性患者人数明显更多,且老年人与自身具有呼吸道疾病的患者发病率最高。在当下环境污染加剧,空气质量恶化的背景下,人们呼吸系统疾病多发,鼻息肉病发病率也有所提升,疾病诊断与防治也成为了医学工作者共同关注的问题。要想给出疾病防治的方法就必须从疾病的病理机制入手,本文将调查整理有关鼻息肉病的组织病理学以及病理机制相关研究,论述疾病的发病机制,为疾病深入研究提供参考。Nasal polyposis is a relatively common disease in clinical practice,which is characterized by low harm,high incidence rate and high recurrence rate.However,at present,there is no unified and clear statement on the pathogenesis of nasal polyposis.Scholars generally agree that the disease is caused by a combination of multiple factors,known and supported by relevant research,including infection factors,cytokine factors,bacterial superantigen factors and gene effects.According to the survey,the incidence rate of nasal polyposis can reach 2.7-3.0%,of which the number of male patients is significantly more,and the incidence rate of the elderly and patients with their own respiratory diseases is the highest.Under the background of worsening environmental pollution and air quality,people have more respiratory diseases,and the incidence rate of nasal polyposis has also increased.Disease diagnosis and prevention have also become a common concern of medical workers.If we want to give the method of disease prevention and treatment,we must start with the pathological mechanism of the disease.This article will investigate and sort out the histopathology of nasal polyposis and the related research of pathological mechanism,discuss the pathogenesis of the disease,and provide reference for further research of the disease.
