布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的优质护理

摘　　要：目的布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的优质护理。方法选取2022年1月-2022年12月本院收治的小儿急性感染性喉炎患儿90例为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,均45例。两组均接受布地奈德吸入治疗,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用优质护理。比较护理效果。结果观察组护理效果优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间短于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属健康知识知晓率优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以在小儿急性感染性喉炎布地奈德吸入治疗中起到积极作用。Objective To study the quality nursing of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of acute infectious laryngitis in children.Methods A total of 90 children with acute infectious laryngitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in both.Both groups received budesonide inhalation therapy,control group received conventional care,observation group received high-quality care.Compare nursing effect.Results The nursing effect of observation group was better than control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of family health knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in nursing satisfaction,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can play a positive role in the inhalation treatment of budesonide in children with acuteinfectiouslaryngitis.
