摘　　要：目的讨论短波紫外线联合中药内服方式治疗小儿急性鼻炎的临床效果。方法研究对象50例为小儿急性鼻炎患者,入院后以电脑随机法分为对照组(n=25)、观察组(n=25)两组,对照组开展中药内服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合短波紫外线疗法,对比治疗效果,研究起止时间为2021年3月-2022年9月。结果观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中药内服的基础上联合短波紫外线疗法,能够进一步优化小儿急性鼻炎的治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,缩短临床症状的消失时间,值得在临床上大力地推广和应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of short wave ultraviolet radiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral administration in the treatment of acute rhinitis in children.Method Fifty patients with acute rhinitis in children were studied.After admission,they were randomly divided into a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=25)using a computer.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally,while the observation group was treated with shortwave ultraviolet therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared.The study started and ended from March 2021 to September 2022.Result The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The clinical symptom disappearance time of the observation group patients was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining traditional Chinese medicine with shortwave ultraviolet therapy can further optimize the treatment effect of acute rhinitis in children,reduce the occurrence of complications,and shorten the time for clinical symptoms to disappear.It is worth vigorously promoting and applying in clinical practice.
