观察持续气道正压通气对早期阿尔茨海默病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的睡眠障碍及神经心理的影响

摘　　要：目的研究早期阿尔茨海默病(AD)伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者应用持续气道正压通气治疗效果。方法数据取自我院2022年1月-2023年6月收治90例早期AD伴OSAHS患者,“双盲法”分常规组(常规治疗)、持续组(持续气道正压通气治疗)各45例,两组疗效比较。结果治疗前分析睡眠障碍、神经心理功能无意义,P>0.05;治疗后较常规组,持续组PSQI值更低:MoCA值更高:持续组有效率(97.78%)高于常规组(86.67%),持续组不良反应率(4.44%)低于常规组(17.78%),P<0.05。结论持续气道正压通气治疗早期AD伴OSAHS患者可减轻睡眠障碍、改善神经心理功能,增强疗效、避免发生副作用,值得推崇。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)on patients with early Alzheimer's disease(AD)and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Data were collected from 90 patients with early-stage AD and OSAHS admitted to our hospital between January 2022 and June 2010.The patients were followed up for 6 months to 2023,"Double-blind method"was divided into control group(routine treatment)and observation group(continuous positive airway pressure treatment),45 cases in each group.Results There was no significant difference in sleep disturbance and neuropsychological function before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,the PSQI value was lower and MOCA value was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the effective rate in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(86.67%),the adverse reaction rate in the observation group(4.44%)was lower than that in the control group(17.78%),P<0.05.Conclusion Continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)can relieve sleep disturbance,improve neuropsychological function,enhance therapeutic effect and avoid side effects in patients with early AD and OSAHS.
