摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科护理对咽喉肿瘤患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法选取本院于2021年10月-2022年12月收治的56例咽喉肿瘤患者为研究对象,以双盲法分为对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=28),分别施以常规护理与加速康复外科护理,对比两组护理价值。结果观察组术后恢复时间短于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分和护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对咽喉肿瘤患者实施加速康复外科护理,可加快其术后康复进程,提高生活质量与护理满意度,有效降低术后并发症发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery care on the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with throat tumors.Methods Selected 56 patients with throat tumor treated from October 2021 to December 2022,divided the double-blind method into control group(n=28)and n=28)observation group(n=28),applied routine care and accelerated rehabilitation surgery care,and compared the nursing value of the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the control group,and the quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)score and nursing satisfaction were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing of throat tumor patients can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
