经间接喉镜诊治咽喉及食管上端异物病人的护理

摘　　要：目的研究全面护理用于经间接喉镜诊治咽喉及食管上端异物患者的效果。方法数据取自某医院2018年4月-2020年6月收治的60例经间接喉镜诊治咽喉及食管上端异物患者,“随机取样法”分基础组(常规护理,n=30)、全面组(全面护理,n=30),两组临床疗效比较分析。结果护理前比较临床指标无差异,P>0.05;护理后较基础组,全面组SAS、SDS评分更低,VAS评分更低;护理前比较临床指标无差异,P>0.05;护理后较基础组,全面组SAS、SDS评分更低,VAS评分更低;全面组治疗依从率(96.67%)高于基础组(80.00%),全面组并发症率(6.67%)低于基础组(26.67%),χ^(2)=4.043,4.320;p=0.044,0.038,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论经间接喉镜诊治咽喉及食管上端异物患者行全面护理可减轻负性情绪、减缓疼痛程度,提高治疗依从性、降低并发症风险,值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with foreign body in the upper part of pharynx and esophagus through indirect laryngoscope.Methods Data were collected from 60 patients with foreign bodies in the upper part of pharynx and esophagus treated by indirect laryngoscope from April 2018 to June 2020,"Random sampling method"was divided into control group(routine nursing,N=30)and Observation Group(comprehensive nursing,N=30).Results There was no difference in clinical indexes before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and Vas in Observation Group were lower than those in control group,and there was no difference in clinical indexes before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS were lower and Vas was lower in the observation group than in the control group,the compliance rate(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the complication rate(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),χ^(2)=4.043,4.320;P=0.044,0.038,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with foreign body in the upper part of pharynx and esophagus by indirect laryngoscope can reduce negative emotion,relieve pain degree,improve treatment compliance and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of praise.
