摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预对糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿鼻窦炎的效果。方法以随机数字表法均分我院2022年6月-2023年3月期间收治的60例小儿鼻窦炎患者为A、B两组,均予以糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,并在治疗期间分别展开常规护理与优质护理干预,就治疗效果、不良反应、Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分及护理满意度进行观察对比。结果B组较A组治疗有效率及护理满意度均更高,不良反应发生率及Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分均更低,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗的小儿鼻窦炎患者展开优质护理干预,不仅可以辅助治疗提升临床疗效,同时还可以降低不良反应发生概率,并加快症状表现缓解速度,最终增加家属护理满意度,值得推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on Mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of infantile sinusitis.Methods 60 pediatric patients with sinusitis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were divided into group A and Group B by random number table method.All patients were treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray,and routine nursing and high-quality nursing intervention were carried out during the treatment.Therapeutic efficacy,adverse reactions,Lund-Mackey sinus CT score and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared.Results Compared with group A,the treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction were higher in group B,and the incidence of adverse reactions and Lund-Mackey sinus CT score were lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for pediatric patients with sinusitis treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray can not only assist the treatment to improve clinical efficacy,but also reduce the probability of adverse reactions,accelerate the speed of symptom relief,and ultimately increase the nursing satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of popularization and application.
