优质护理在中耳炎乳突根治术围手术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理在中耳炎乳突根治术围手术期的应用效果。方法70例胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者,在本院接受乳突根治术治疗。以随机双盲法分组,对照组开展常规护理,观察组联合实施优质护理。对比护理成效。结果观察组并发症比例较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组舒适度、恢复优良率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论中耳炎乳突根治术围术期开展优质护理,可降低并发症发生风险,提升患者舒适度,利于患者术后恢复。Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of radical mastoidectomy for otitis media.Method 70 patients with cholesteatoma type otitis media underwent radical mastoidectomy in our hospital.Randomly double blind grouping was used,with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving high-quality care.Compare nursing outcomes.Result The proportion of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The comfort and recovery excellent rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing during the perioperative period of radical mastoidectomy for otitis media can reduce the risk of complications,improve patient comfort,and facilitate postoperative recovery.
