正性暗示下预见性护理对老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析老年神经性耳聋耳鸣预见性护理中正性暗示的应用方法和影响。方法选取2022年1月~2023年6月老年性耳聋患者50例,说明正性暗示下预见性护理方法,比较听力水平、生活质量、负性情绪、患者依从性。结果听力水平比较,干预后听力损失值[(44.75±6.32)dBHL]显著低于干预前[(50.17±8.26)dBHL](P<0.05):生活质量比较,干预后[(88.71±4.96)分]高于干预前[(58.02±4.22)分],组间差异显著(P<0.05);负性情绪比较,干预后焦虑[(35.10±4.03)分]低于干预前[(66.70±3.49)分](P<0.05),干预后抑郁[(34.68±3.19)分]低于干预前[(65.63±3.27)分],组间差异显著(P<0.05);依从性比较,干预后[98.00%(49/50)]高于干预前[72.00%(36/50)],组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者实施正性暗示与预见性护理,有利于改善听力水平,提高老年耳聋患者生活质量,缓解患者负性情绪,实施后患者依从性较好,积极影响显著。Objective To analyze the application method and influence of positive suggestion in predictive nursing of senile neurological deafness and tinnitus.Methods 50 cases of senile deafness patients from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected to explain the predictive nursing method under positive suggestion,and compare the hearing level,quality of life,negative emotion and patient compliance.Results Compared with the hearing level,the hearing loss value after intervention[(44.75±6.32)dBHL]was significantly lower than that before intervention[(50.17±8.26)dBHL](P<0.05).The quality of life after intervention[(88.71±4.96)points]was higher than that before intervention[(58.02±4.22)points],and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Compared with negative emotion,anxiety[(35.10±4.03)points]after intervention was lower than before intervention[(66.70±3.49)points](P<0.05)depression[(34.68±3.19)points]after intervention was lower than before intervention[(65.63±3.27)points],and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Compliance was higher after intervention[98.00%(49/50)]than before intervention[72.00%(36/50)],and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of positive suggestion and predictive nursing for elderly patients with neurological deafness and tinnitus is conducive to improving the hearing level,improving the quality of life of elderly patients with deafness,alleviating the negative emotions of patients,and the compliance of patients after implementation is good,and the positive impact is significant.
