规范化疼痛护理管理对鼻中隔偏曲位移修复术患者疼痛指数及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的在鼻中隔偏曲移修复术的患者中给予规范化疼痛护理,并分析该护理方式对疼痛指数和睡眠质量的影响。方法取2021年5月至2023年6月收治的60例鼻中隔偏曲位移修复术患者为分析对象,执行随机分组原则的基础上,将其划分为2组,构成各30例的对照组、观察组,分别给予常规护理、规范化疼痛护理,进而分析两组人员护理前后的疼痛指数和睡眠质量。结果术后12h、24h以及72h观察组疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在面对鼻中隔偏曲位移修复术患者时,给予规范化疼痛护理管理能够有效降低患者的疼痛指数,提升睡眠质量和生活质量。JObjective To provide standardized pain care to patients undergoing nasal septal deviation repair and to analyze the effect of this nursing method on pain index and sleep quality.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted from May 2021 to June 2023 were divided into two groups,consisting of a control group and an observation group of 30 cases each,who were given routine nursing and standardized pain nursing,and then analyzed the pain index and sleep quality of the two groups before and after nursing.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 12h,24h and 72h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized pain nursing management can effectively reduce the pain index and improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients who have undergone nasal septal deviation repair surgery.
