正性暗示下预见性护理在老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的评价正性暗示下预见性护理在老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者中的应用价值。方法资料收集区间为2022年2月~2023年7月,从我院就诊的老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者中抽选出76例展开调查,按照随机数表法分组,对照组行常规护理,观察组实施正性暗示下预见性护理,每组设定38例,比较两组患者的心理状态、听力水平、遵医行为、生活质量。结果护理前两组心态和听力水平对比差异无意义,护理后观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分和听力数值均低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的配合治疗依从性显著高于对照组,统计结果P<0.05;以对照组为参照,观察组患者护理期间的各方面生活质量评分显著偏高,组间差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者实施正性暗示下预见性护理对改善患者的负面情绪、听力水平和提高其今后的生活质量具有显著作用,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the application value of predictive care under positive suggestion in elderly patients with neurogenic deafness and tinnitus.Method The data collection interval was from February 2022 to July 2023.A total of 76 elderly patients with neurogenic deafness and tinnitus were selected from the our hospital for investigation.They were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received predictive care under positive suggestion.38 patients were assigned to each group,and the psychological status,hearing level,compliance behavior,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Result There was no significant difference in mentality and hearing levels between the two groups before nursing care.After nursing care,the anxiety,depression scores,and hearing values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The compliance of patients in the observation group with cooperative treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistical result of P<0.05;Taking the control group as a reference,the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group during nursing care were significantly higher in all aspects,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing predictive nursing with positive suggestion for elderly patients with neurogenic deafness and tinnitus has a significant effect on improving their negative emotions,hearing levels,and future quality of life,and is worthy ofclinical adoption.
