综合心理护理在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者中的效果及对患者生活质量研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者在接受鼻内镜手术这一方案治疗中,为其提供综合心理护理的价值。方法选择100例接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者研究(2021年6月~2023年6月),将病例随机分为2组,一组为对照组接受常规护理,二组为观察组接受综合心理护理,以SPSS软件对2组心理状态、生活质量2项指标进行统计。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05):观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻窦炎患者接受鼻内镜手术治疗中为其提供综合心理护理服务可改善其心理状态及生活质量,值得借鉴与实施。Objective To explore the value of comprehensive psychological care for patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Method A study was conducted on 100 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery from June 2021 to June 2023.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group receiving routine care,and the observation group receiving comprehensive psychological care.SPSS software was used to analyze the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups.Result The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing comprehensive psychological care services for patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery can improve their psychological status and quality of life,which is worth learning from and implementing.
