摘　　要：针对皮带机长时间运行后,其表面易附着大量物料,影响皮带的传输效率,增加设备的维护成本的问题,基于高压流体技术,设计了一种铁矿石码头皮带机高压流体清扫装置,给出了其系统组成及其工作原理。该装置利用高压水雾产生的冲击力对皮带机表面进行冲洗,环保节能,可以提升清扫效果,降低人工成本。After the long-term operation of the belt conveyor,a large amount of materials are likely to adhere to its surface.This not only affects the transmission efficiency of the belt but also increases the maintenance cost of the equipment.To address this issue,based on high-pressure fluid technology,a high-pressure fluid cleaning device for belt conveyors at iron ore terminals is designed.The system composition and working principle of this device are presented.This device uses the impact force generated by high-pressure water mist to wash the surface of the belt conveyor.It is environmentally friendly and energy-saving,capable of improving the cleaning effect and reducing labor costs.
