摘　　要：煤炭堆场传统喷枪补水装置水柱过于集中,不能均匀覆盖整个垛位,现场仍存在起尘现象。针对此问题,给出一种长距离送风式降尘雾炮改造方案,阐述雾炮降尘系统组成及布置、一体化加药雾炮机设备、抑尘剂加药箱系统设计、系统控制方案等技术要点。实践表明,改造后,该设备通过给垛位表面洒水,并添加煤炭专用结壳剂,可对垛位均匀覆盖,减少垛位起尘现象,提升煤炭堆场抑尘能力。The water column of the traditional spray gun water replenishment device in the coal yard is too concentrated to evenly cover the entire stack position,and there is still a dust-raising problem on site.To address this issue,a transformation scheme for a long-distance air-blowing dust suppression fog cannon is presented.The technical key points are elaborated,including the composition and layout of the fog cannon dust suppression system,the integrated chemical-adding fog cannon equipment,the design of the dust suppressant dosing tank system,and the system control scheme.Practices show that after the transformation,by sprinkling water on the surface of the stack position and adding a special crusting agent for coal,this equipment can evenly cover the stack position,reduce the dust-raising phenomenon at the stack position,and enhance the dust suppression ability of the coal yard.
