摘  要:为解决海上起重机作业过程中货物不易保持平衡、货物起吊过程不易控制、安装效率较低等问题,设计海上起重机小车缆风系统,包括2套对称布置的缆风缠绕系统、小车牵引缠绕系统和小车总成。缆风缠绕系统和小车总成配合控制货物平衡,小车牵引缠绕系统控制缆风小车总成的运行。试验证明,该系统功能良好且满足预期要求。In order to solve the problems such as the difficulty of maintaining the balance of the goods during the operation of the offshore crane,the difficulty of controlling the lifting process of the goods,and the low installation efficiency,the tugger trolley system of offshore crane was designed,including two sets of symmetrically arranged cable wind winding systems,trolley traction winding systems and trolley assemblies.The cable wind winding system and trolley assembly cooperate to control the balance of the stable cargo,and the trolley traction winding system controls the operation of the cable wind trolley assembly.The set has been proved by tests that the system functions well and meets the expected requirements.
