摘　　要：针对桥式抓斗卸船机露天作业过程中,现有空压机干雾抑尘系统管路老化、故障率高,不能有效抑尘的问题,提出一种中压微雾抑尘系统升级改造方案,给出了系统设计方案和系统组成方案。改造后的系统可降低维修使用成本、故障率,能够有效抑尘,符合环保要求。During the open-air operation of the bridge type grab ship unloader,the existing air compressor dry fog dust suppression system has problems such as aged pipelines and a high failure rate,and it cannot effectively suppress dust.To address these issues,an upgrading and transformation plan for the medium-pressure micro-fog dust suppression system is proposed.The system design plan and system composition plan are presented.The transformed system can reduce the maintenance and usage costs as well as the failure rate,effectively suppress dust,and meet environmental protection requirements.
