摘  要:散货码头船舶清舱作业时司机存在视觉盲区,为避免人、机、货混杂时设备或人员发生碰撞产生安全事故,提出基于UWB技术的船舱舱口作业人员定位及防撞系统。该系统由防撞基站、防撞标签、机载终端等硬件设备及应用软件组成,结合物联网、超宽带、网桥、5G等技术的应用,可有效预防清舱阶段抓斗、舱内机械、作业人员之间的碰撞事故,提高生产安全水平。During the ship hold cleaning operation at bulk cargo terminals,drivers have visual blind spots.To avoid safety accidents caused by collisions between equipment and personnel when people,machines,and cargo are mixed,a personnel positioning and collision avoidance system for hatch operations in ship holds based on Ultra-Wideband(UWB)technology is proposed.This system consists of hardware devices such as collision avoidance base stations,collision avoidance tags,and onboard terminals,as well as application software.By integrating technologies such as the Internet of Things,ultra-wideband,network bridges,and 5G,it can effectively prevent collision accidents among grabs,in-hold machinery,and operating personnel during the hold cleaning stage,thus improving the production safety level.
