摘  要:在岸边集装箱起重机自动化作业过程中,确保装卸箱过程中吊具下方人员的安全十分重要。针对当前自动化港口远控岸桥操作时存在的问题,基于RetinaNet算法,提出岸桥吊具下俯视人体视觉检测方案,通过岸桥小车机构上的俯视摄像机,对岸桥吊具下人体进行视觉检测,计算安全系数,输出识别和预警结果。实践表明,该方案实施能够保障港口作业安全。During the automated operation of quayside container cranes,it is of great importance to ensure the safety of personnel under the spreaders during the loading and unloading of containers.In view of the problems existing in the remote control operation of quayside container cranes in current automated ports,based on the RetinaNet algorithm,a topdown human visual detection scheme under the spreaders of quayside container cranes is proposed.Through the top-down cameras on the trolley mechanism of the quayside container crane,visual detection of humans under the spreaders of the quayside container crane is carried out,the safety factor is calculated,and the recognition and early warning results are output.Practice shows that the implementation of this scheme can ensure the safety of port operations.
