摘  要:针对2 K低温下材料热应力集中易造成冷压缩机低温测试平台内管道破坏的问题,为确保低温平台长期安全稳定运行,本文通过模拟仿真分析平台内部管道的一次应力和二次应力,改进管道布置和增加波纹管以降低局部应力。结果表明:改进后的管道应力符合标准,即一次应力小于137 MPa,二次应力小于205.5 MPa,可保证冷压缩机低温测试平台的安全性能。To address the issue of thermal stress concentration at 2 K potentially causing damage to the pipelines in the cold compressor cryogenic test platform,the simulation and analysis of the primary and secondary stresses were conducted within the platform's pipelines to improve the layout and add bellows to reduce local stress,ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the cryogenic platform.The results indicate that the improved pipeline stresses meet the standards,with primary stress being less than 137 MPa and secondary stress being less than 205.5 MPa,ensuring the safety performance of the cold compressor cryogenic test platform.
