摘 要:单面工艺的采用制约着超导天线的集成及性能的进一步提升,为此,本文采用微带天线与口径耦合馈电结构研制一种新型高温超导叠层天线。该叠层天线由双层微带结构背靠背排布构造,其中关键的辐射层和馈电层均采用高温超导材料YBCO加工而成,同时在两层微带结构之间引入真空间隙,便于降低馈电层匹配网络与贴片天线之间的互扰。接地面上刻有方孔,与接地面之间的真空间隙共同调控馈线与贴片天线之间的耦合,拓展超导天线的带宽。高温超导叠层天线经封装后放置于定制低温测控系统中进行测试。测得的-10 dB通带范围为9.59~9.68 GHz,相对带宽0.93%,最大增益8.06 dB,中心频率处的回波损耗低至-25.19 dB。The constraints of the uniplanar structure of the conventional superconducting devices have been restricting the development of HTS antennas.For this reason,the basic principle of aperture-coupled feed and microstrip antenna was adopted to develop a new type of high-temperature superconducting multilayer antenna.Among them,both the patch antenna and the feeding network were processed with HTS material YBCO.The double-layer microstrip structure was arranged back-to-back,a vacuum gap was introduced between the two layers of microstrip structure,which facilitated the reduction of interferences between the matching network of the feed layer and the patch antenna.The ground plane was engraved with square holes,and the gap between the ground plane to jointly regulate the coupling between the feed line and the patch antenna,expanding the bandwidth of the antenna.The HTS multilayer antenna was packaged and placed in a customized low-temperature measurement and control system for testing.The measured-10 dB passband range is 9.59~9.68 GHz,relative bandwidth is 0.93%,maximum gain is 8.06 dB,and return loss at the center frequency is as low as-25.19 dB.
