摘 要:为改善制冷循环性能提出喷射强化两级压缩制冷循环,为获得循环能效提升潜力,分别构建了传统制冷循环循环(C1)和喷射强化两级压缩制冷循环(E1)热力学模型,比较了不同循环以及工质种类、蒸发温度(T_(1))等工况对循环性能的影响。结果表明:E1系统性能优于C1系统,环境温度为40℃,T_(1)=-30℃,不同工质的系统总能利用效率和[火用]效率均有所上升;T_(1)变化对喷射系数μ和系统性能有显著影响,随着T_(1)增大,μ和总能利用效率上升,[火用]效率先升后降;R152a作循环工质时,T_(1)=20℃时,μ和总能利用效率分别达到最大值为0.694和2.544;T_(1)=-10℃时,[火用]效率达到最大值0.5796。制冷剂R152a对T_(1)变化更为敏感,可做R134a的优良替代品。To improve the performance of refrigeration cycles,a ejector-enhanced two-stage compression refrigeration cycle was proposed.To assess the potential for increased cycle energy efficiency,thermodynamic models of both the traditional refrigeration cycle(C1)and the ejector-enhanced two-stage compression refrigeration cycle(E1)were constructed.The impacts on performances of different cycles and working conditions including working fluid types and evaporation temperature(T_(1))were compared,including cycle energy efficiency(COP)and exergy efficiency(η).The results show that the performance of the E1 system outperforms that of the C1 system.The COP andηincrease,at ambient temperature of 40℃and T_(1) of-30℃.Changes in T_(1) has a significant impact on the ejection coefficient(μ)and system performance.As T_(1) increases,bothμand COP tend to rise,whileηshows an initial increase followed by a decrease.When using R152a as the working fluid,the maximum values ofμand COP are 0.694 and 2.544,respectively,at T_(1) of 20℃;ηreaches its maximum value of 0.5796 at T_(1) of-10℃.R152a is more sensitive to changes in T_(1),and is an excellent substitute for R134a.
