摘 要:为改善有源相控阵天线阵面内湿度过高、凝露等问题,研制了一种基于半导体热电制冷技术的除湿机,首先对半导体除湿机进行理论计算和初步设计,进行数值模拟对设计结果校核,并通过实验对半导体除湿机冷热端温度和除湿量进行测试。结果表明,环境温度50℃时,冷端温度保持在12.7℃左右,热端温度保持在58.2℃左右,除湿量25.4 g/h,除湿效率满足天线阵面除湿需求。In order to resolve the problems of high humidity and condensation in the active phased array antenna array,a dehumidifier based on semiconductor thermoelectric cooling technology was developed.Firstly,theoretical calculations and preliminary design were carried out on the semiconductor dehumidifier.Then,the design results were verified through numerical simulation,the temperature and dehumidification capacity of the cold and hot ends of the semiconductor dehumidifier were tested through experiments.The results show that at an ambient temperature of 50℃,the cold end temperature remains at around 12.7℃,the hot end temperature remains at around 58.2℃,the dehumidification capacity is 25.4 g/h.The dehumidification efficiency can meet the dehumidification requirements of the antenna array.
