摘　　要：2024版《加速康复外科协会新生儿围手术期管理指南》在JAMA Surgery 2024年第9期发表,该指南适用于需要手术的新生儿重症监护治疗病房中的患儿,指南从团队沟通、术前禁食、体温调节等11个方面,最终形成16条推荐意见,详细介绍了新生儿围手术期的管理办法。现对该指南展开解读,向国内儿童医疗团队介绍并推广最新的新生儿围手术期管理模式和规范,以提高国内新生儿围手术期管理水平。The 2024 edition of"Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)Society Recommendations for Neonatal Perioperative Care"was published in the 9th issue of JAMA Surgery in 2024,which was applied to neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)patients requiring surgical intervention.The guideline finally formed 16 recommendations from 11 aspects,such as team communication,preoperative fasting,and temperature regulation,and introduced the perioperative management methods of newborns in detail.Now,to provide the latest management model and norms for the perioperative management practice of neonatal surgery in China,this article made a series of interpretations of it.
