摘 要:相比于传统空调系统,冷凝水热回收中央空调系统通过集中回收中央空调冷凝水并利用冷凝水的残余冷量,降低冷却水温度,降低冷凝温度,提高空调设备制冷性能效率,实现节能降低能耗,冷凝水热回收中央空调系统适用于沿海地区等高湿负荷场所,医疗制药领域、锂电池领域等湿度要求较高的工业厂房,节能效果显著,以厦门某洁净厂房为例,根据厦门空气状态及洁净室空气要求,通过计算洁净厂房空调系统冷凝水量和实测冷凝水工况,通过设备厂家制造商论证,冷凝水热回收中央空调系统节能效果明显。In contrast to conventional air-conditioning systems,the condensate heat recovery air conditioning reduces the temperature of the cooling water by concentrating the air conditioning condensate and utilizing the residual cooling capacity of the condensate,improve the refrigeration performance efficiency of air-conditioning equipment to achieve energy saving and reduce energy consumption,Condensing water and heat recovery air conditioning are suitable for industrial plants with high humidity requirements,such as those in coastal areas,medical and pharmaceutical fields,and lithium-ion batteries,taking a clean workshop in Xiamen as an example,according to the air condition of Xiamen and the air requirement of clean room,through calculating the condensed water volume of air conditioning system in clean workshop and measuring the condensed water working condition,through the demonstration of equipment manufacturer,condensing water and heat recovery air conditioning are energy efficient.
