摘  要:市场上公司热泵产品有涡旋压缩机损坏,通过解剖损坏压缩机和公司远程监控的设备运行曲线数据分析,以及施工现场调查,发现压缩机损坏可能和化霜时强风吹翅片,导致压比<2有关,试验室进行环境模拟,再现了化霜时发生低压比的情况,化霜时,当翅片迎面风速超过3 m/s,都有可能发生低压比。在热泵机组周围围上防风抑尘网,运行一个采暖季,没有再出现类似压缩机损坏,认为有效解决了该问题。Compressors were damaged in heat pump products on the market.Through dissecting the damaged compressor and analyzing the equipment operation curve data,as well as conducting on-site investigations,it was found that the compressor damage may be related to the low pressure ratio caused by strong wind blowing on the fins during defrosting.The laboratory conducted simulations to reproduce the occurrence of low pressure ratio during defrosting.When the wind speed across the fins exceeds 3m/s during defrosting,low pressure ratio may occur.A windproof net was installed around the heat pump unit,and after running for a heating season,there were no similar compressor damages,indicating an effective solution to the problem.
