摘 要:简单介绍了耐溶剂聚酰亚胺纳滤膜的优势及应用。详细综述了耐溶剂聚酰亚胺纳滤膜的改性方法,其中耐溶剂性主要通过交联反应进行强化,纳滤膜对不同溶剂的渗透率与溶剂的(δ_(ps)MV_(s)^(-1)η_(s)^(-1))系数呈正相关;通过增强选择层与聚酰亚胺基材之间的界面结合强度或设计新型选择层,可以有效地提高膜的纳滤性能;通过引入纳米材料可以打破“跷跷板”效应,在保证选择性能的同时大幅度提升膜的渗透性能。最后展望了耐溶剂聚酰亚胺纳滤膜的未来发展方向。The advantages and applications of solvent-resistant polyimide nanofiltration membranes are briefly introduced.The modification methods of solvent-resistant polyimide nanofiltration membranes are reviewed in detail.The solvent resistance is mainly strengthened by cross-linking reaction,and the permeability of nanofiltration membranes to different solvents is positively correlated with the(δ_(ps)MV_(s)^(-1)η_(s)^(-1))coefficients of the solvents;the nanofiltration performance of the membranes can be effectively improved by enhancing the interfacial bonding strength between the selective layer and the polyimide substrate or by designing a new type of selective layer;and the introduction of nano-materials can break the see-saw effect and greatly improve the selective performance at the same time.The introduction of nanomaterials can break the"Trade-off"effect and greatly improve the permeation performance of the membrane while ensuring the selective performance.Finally,the future development direction of solvent-resistant polyimide nanofiltration membranes is anticipated.
