摘 要:通过等温氧化实验、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪,研究了GH5188合金箔材在980~1150℃温度下的氧化行为。结果表明,合金箔材的氧化动力学近似抛物线规律,并表现出2个阶段的氧化动力学。氧化后,合金箔材表面均生成了双层结构氧化膜,外层膜为MnCr_(2)O_(4)尖晶石,内层为Cr_(2)O_(3),在氧化层与基体界面的孔洞处非连续分布着SiO_(2)。箔材内部由于Cr元素的消耗,形成无碳化物沉淀析出区,且不断加深。随着氧化温度和氧化时间的增加,Cr_(2)O_(3)层由于热应力和生长应力形成裂纹并不断扩展,造成氧化层片层式剥落。The oxidation behavior of GH5188 alloy foil at temperatures ranging from 980 to 1150℃was studied through isothermal oxidation experiments,X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results indicate that the oxidation kinetics of the alloy foil material follows a parabolic pattern and exhibits two stages of oxidation kinetics.After oxidation,a double-layer oxide film is formed on the surface of the alloy foil material,with the outer layer being MnCr_(2)O_(4) spinel and the inner layer being Cr_(2)O_(3).SiO_(2) is discontinuously distributed at the pores at the interface between the oxide layer and the substrate.Due to the consumption of the Cr element,a non-carbide precipitation zone is formed inside the foil material,which continues to deepen.With the increase of oxidation temperature and oxidation time,cracks are formed in the Cr_(2)O_(3) layer due to thermal stress and growth stress,and continue to propagate,resulting in layered peeling of the oxide layer.
