摘　　要：介绍了两种立式活套的结构特点,阐述了立式活套小车倾翻的故障危害,例举了造成活套小车倾翻的影响因素,总结出处理活套小车倾翻故障的对策思路及处置要点,阐明了立式活套功能精度的维护要点。By introducing the structural features of two kinds of vertical looper,expounding the troubles of the vertical looper trolley overturning,and exemplifying the influencing factors of the looper trolley overturning,the countermeasures and treatment points of the looper trolley overturning fault were summarized in this paper.The main points of maintenance of functional accuracy of vertical looper were also expounded.
