摘 要:近年来,钢管混凝土作为城市高架、跨河桥梁的墩柱,常受到车辆、船舶等机械冲击灾害的影响,这是导致其结构损伤、破坏甚至严重倒塌的最主要原因之一。而实际中钢管混凝土结构由于材料、施工、环境等因素影响,普遍存在脱空缺陷问题,但目前尚缺乏关于带脱空缺陷钢管混凝土抗侧向冲击性能的研究报道。为此,建立了考虑球冠形脱空特征的圆钢管混凝土柱抗侧向冲击有限元分析模型,系统分析了脱空率、脱空方位、冲击速度、冲击质量、边界条件、轴压比、径厚比等参数对冲击力(包括峰值F_(m)和等效值F_(eq))、挠度变形(包括最大值δ_(m)和残余值δ_(r))与能量吸收(E_(a))的影响规律,揭示了侧向冲击作用下带球冠形脱空圆钢管混凝土柱的典型破坏模式,明确了在侧向冲击全过程下考虑脱空影响的冲击时程特征曲线、冲击力全过程扩散机理、钢-混凝土接触行为。结果表明,带球冠形脱空缺陷的圆钢管混凝土柱在侧向冲击作用下的破坏模式仍表现为整体挠度变形,但其钢管局部凹陷程度与脱空率呈正相关。随着脱空率的增大,构件的F_(eq)、F_(m)和Ea逐渐减小,但δ_(m)和δ_(r)逐渐增大。Vehicle and ship impact accidents acting on the concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)piers of city viaducts and rivercrossing bridges occur frequently in recent years,and have become one of the most important factors that lead to the damage,destruction and collapse of structures.Nonetheless,the concrete gap imperfection is observed to commonly exist in CFST engineering practices,due to disadvantageous factors in material properties,construction and environment.While present researches are scarcely focused on the lateral impact behavior of CFST members with concrete gap imperfections.This paper established a finite element(FE)model of circular CFST column under lateral impact considering the feature of the spherical-cap gap.The influence of gap ratio,gap position,impact velocity,impact mass,boundary condition,axial compression ratio,radius-to-thickness ratio,etc.on the impact force(including the maximum F_(m)and equivalent F_(eq)values),the flexural deflection(including the maximumδ_(m)and residualδ_(r)values)and the energy dissipation E_(a) was investigated systematically.The typical failure modes of the circular CFST column with spherical-cap gap under lateral impact was revealed,and the featured time-history curves,force spread mechanism,steel-concrete contact behavior of the circular CFST column with spherical-cap gap under the full-range lateral impact were respectively obtained,which had considered the effect of gap imperfection.The results show that the failure mode of the circular CFST column with spherical-cap gap under lateral impact still displays as the overall bending,while the degree of the tube’s depression is positively related to the gap ratio.The F_(eq)、F_(m)and E_(a)reduce with the increase of gap ratio,but theδ_(m)andδ_(r)are in an opposite trend.
