摘  要:采用心力监测仪采集长期运动学生的心音信号,通过收集网球专业大学生(A组,n=50)和普通大学生(B组n=50)在休息后和不同运动负荷后的立即心音信号,分析其在心脏周期中的线性和非线性指标。在静息状态下,1750、3500、5250、7000 J,网球专业大学生和普通大学生的心率和D/S均逐渐下降,S1、S2普遍呈现一波上升趋势。A组运动员的心动周期心音样本熵较B组低;当休息时A、B两组样本熵无显著性差异(P>0.05);当运动负荷后立即有显著性差异(P<0.01)。无论受试者处于何种状态,心音采样均与心率、工作负荷、S1/S2、D/S有关。心音采样与工作量、HR、D/S的相关性直统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果表明:在同一年龄组中,网球专业大学生的心脏储备水平高于普通大学生。The heart sound signal of long-term exercise students was collected by heart monitor.In this paper,the linear and non-linear indexes of the heart sound signals of tennis major college students(group A,n=50)and ordinary college students(group B,n=50)immediately after rest and different exercise loads were ana⁃lyzed.In the resting state,the heart rate and D/S of 1750,3500,5250,7000 J,tennis major college students and ordinary college students gradually decreased,and S1 and S2 generally showed a rising trend.Sample En⁃tropy of heart sound during cardiac cycle is decreasing,and sample entropy of athletes is lower than that of ordi⁃nary college students.There was no significant difference in sample entropy between the two groups at rest(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference immediately after exercise load(P<0.01).Heart sound sampling is related to heart rate,workload,S1/S2,and D/S regardless of the subject's state.The correlation between heart sound sampling and workload,HR and D/S was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion In the same age group,the level of cardiac reserve of tennis major college students is higher than that of ordinary college students.
