摘　　要：在渡槽工程中,槽壳质量是渡槽能否安全运行的重中之重。简要介绍了宁夏固海扬水灌区混凝土预制槽壳设计和模板设计,阐述了槽壳预制在模板安装、钢筋制安、混凝土浇筑、养护等方面的施工质量控制要点,归纳了混凝土槽壳预制施工过程中易出现的质量问题,分析了产生质量问题的原因,并提出了相应防治措施,在槽壳模板制作、混凝土预制质量控制方面提出了建议。In aqueduct engineering,the quality of the aqueduct shell is paramount for ensuring safe operation.The design of precast concrete aqueduct shells and formwork in the Guhai Pumping Irrigation District in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were briefly introduced.The key points of construction quality control for prefabricated aqueduct shells from the aspects of template installation,steel reinforcement production and installation,concrete pouring,and maintenance were explained.The quality problems that are prone to occur in the prefabrication construction of concrete aqueduct shells were summarized.The reasons for the quality problems were analyzed,and corresponding prevention and control measures were proposed.Suggestions were put forward in the production of formwork for the aqueduct shell and quality control of concrete prefabrication.
