摘 要:介绍了在山西省推动新能源发展的背景下,为满足电网调峰需求和提高电力系统接纳新能源能力,对建设抽水蓄能电站的需求。通过初步选址研究,推荐了前斧柯村-汾河二库作为抽水蓄能电站的选址方案。该地区建设条件良好,可利用现有水库作为下水库,主要存在环境可行性、渗漏、泥沙和库区管理等方面的问题。该地区是抽水蓄能电站的理想站址,但需进一步论证和解决存在的问题。In the context of promoting the development of new energy in Shanxi Province,it is necessary to build pumped storage power stations to meet the demand for peak shaving of the power grid and improve the ability of the power system to accept new energy.Through preliminary site selection research,it is recommended that the pumped storage power station be located within the interval from Fuke Village to Fenhe Second Reservoir.The construction conditions in this area are good.The existing reservoir can be used as a lower reservoir.The main issues that exist include environmental feasibility,leakage,sediment,and reservoir management.In summary,the area is an ideal site for pumped storage power stations,but further discussion and resolution of existing issues are needed.
