摘　　要：精密度偏性试验是考量分析方法的适用性和分析者技术水平的重要手段,通过对多个不同试验样品进行多日连续检测,将检测结果进行数据分析、绘制质量控制图。使用EDTA滴定法对水中总硬度进行精密度偏性试验和质量控制图绘制来确定试验室测定结果的精密度和准确度。统计结果表明,该方法测定总硬度各指标均符合试验室内部质量控制要求。Precision bias testing is an important means to measure the applicability of analytical methods and the technical level of analysis.By continuously monitoring multiple different experimental samples for multiple days,the detection results are analyzed and quality control charts are drawn.The EDTA titration method was used to conduct precision bias tests on the total hardness of water and draw quality control charts to determine the precision and accuracy of laboratory measurement results.The statistical results indicate that all indicators of total hardness measured by this method meet the internal quality control requirements of the laboratory.
