摘  要:龙子河泵站枢纽兼具自排和抽排功能,排涝设计流量80 m^(3)/s,大(2)型泵站。通过机组选型研究,选用南水北调工程TJ04-ZL-19水力模型作为龙子河泵站水泵模型,共安装8台潜水贯流泵。通过模型试验,掌握潜水贯流泵装置的能量特性、空化特性、飞逸特性和压力脉动特性,对试验结果进行分析。通过分析,水泵满足泵站设计流量,水泵叶轮中心的安装高程满足要求。水泵装置防护措施为在水泵出水流道出口设置拍门和1道快速事故门。水泵模型装置压力脉动无异常现象,符合贯流泵水压脉动规律。The Longzi River Pumping Station hub has both self discharge and pumping functions,with a designed drainage flow rate of 80 m^(3)/s,and is a large(2)type pumping station.According to unit selection research,the TJ04-ZL-19 hydraulic model of the South to North Water Diversion Project was selected as the pump model of the Longzi River Pumping Station,and a total of 8 submersible flow pumps were installed.The energy characteristics,cavitation characteristics,runaway characteristics,and pressure pulsation characteristics of the submersible through flow pump device were obtained through model experiments,and the experimental results were analyzed.The results indicate that the water pump meets the design flow rate of the pump station,and the installation elevation of the center of the water pump impeller meets the requirements.The protective measures for the pump device are to install a flap valve and a quick emergency gate at the outlet of the water pump outlet channel.The pressure pulsation of the water pump model device is normal and conforms to the water pressure pulsation law of the through flow pump.
