摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法和案例分析法等研究方法,对美国体育健身产业的形成背景、发展情况、实践经验进行梳理分析,并提出对我国体育健身产业发展的启示。美国体育健身实践经验可归纳为:体育健身内涵界定广泛;体育健身组织元宇宙化;实行行业管理体制;体育健身趋向“专、精、大、细”;业态创新,多元素协同发展。对我国体育健身发展的启示为:创新行业业态,推进健身产业多元发展;优化行业顶层设计,净化健身产业业内环境;元宇宙赋能体育健身产业发展。Using literature,case study and other research methods,we analyze the background,development and practical experience of the U.S.sports and fitness industry,and put forward the inspiration for the development of China's sports and fitness industry.The practical experience of American sports and fitness can be summarized as follows:the connotation of sports and fitness is widely defined;sports and fitness organizations are cosmopolitan;the industry management system is implemented;sports and fitness tends to be"specialized,refined,large and fine";the industry is innovative,and the synergistic development of multiple elements is carried out.The inspirations for the development of sports and fitness in China are as follows:innovate the industry and promote the diversified development;optimize the top-level design of the industry and expand the self-purification function of the industry;and the meta-universe empowers the development of sports and fitness industry.
