“双减”政策背景下青少年体育类培训高质量发展研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法对青少年体育类培训机构进行调查分析。当前面临的主要发展困境:认知偏差带来的困惑;监管实施的模糊性;培训市场制度体系尚未形成等。“双减”政策背景下青少年体育培训高质量发展路径:明确政策导向,完善制度体系;区域实施分层管理模式,强化市场机制;推动标准化制度规范,形成有序竞争;条件设置与激励举措并行,促进行业自律等路径。The methods of literature,investigation and logical analysis are used to investigate and analyze the youth training institutions.At present,the main development dilemmas are:the confusion caused by cognitive bias,the fuzziness of regulatory implementation,and the training market system has not yet been formed.Under the background of"double reduction",the high-quality development path of youth sports training is to clarify the policy guidance,improve the system system,implement the hierarchical management model in the region,strengthen the market mechanism,and promote the standardization of the system to form orderly competition.Conditions are set in parallel with incentive measures to promote industry self-discipline.
