摘 要:结合耐受度指标理论,建立综合脆弱性评价指标,校核管道粗糙系数,假定管道漏损,建立现役供水管网漏损模拟模型以及综合脆弱性评价模型。将该模型应用于某西北城市供水管网实例,评价管道漏损后的系统综合脆弱性,识别脆弱管道。城市现役供水管网的脆弱性评价和脆弱管道判断,用于预警和应对供水管网发生的各种事故,为提高城市供水系统服务水平、减少漏损事故的发生提供理论依据。Combined with the tolerance index theory,a comprehensive vulnerability evaluation index was established,the pipeline roughness coefficient was checked,and the leakage simulation model of the active water supply network was assumed to be a comprehensive vulnerability evaluation model.The model is applied to a case of water supply network in a northwest city to evaluate the comprehensive vulnerability of the system after pipeline leakage and identify the vulnerable pipelines.The vulnerability assessment and vulnerable pipeline judgment of urban active water supply network are used for early warning and coping with various accidents of water supply network,providing theoretical basis for improving the service level of urban water supply system and reducing the occurrence of leakage accidents.
