摘  要:吊车驱动机构涉及多个部件和系统,如电动机、减速器、制动器和车轮等,每个部件都有其特定的运行参数和状态指标。因此,要全面、准确地监测驱动机构的运行状态,需要选择并处理大量的参数数据,这无疑增加了监测的难度。为此,提出基于物联网技术的吊车驱动机构运行状态监测方法。采用型号为MSP430F1611的数据采集仪采集吊车驱动机构运行数据,利用物联网技术,将驱动机构在正常运行状态下的振动信号和噪声信号进行预处理,提取机构运行特征。以机构功率为监测指标,实现吊车驱动机构运行状态的监测。实验结果表明:研究方法对吊车驱动机构状态的监测结果与实际情况完全一致。The crane drive mechanism involves multiple components and systems,such as electric motors,reducers,brakes,and wheels,each with its specific operating parameters and status indicators.Therefore,in order to comprehensively and accurately monitor the operating status of the driving mechanism,it is necessary to select and process a large amount of parameter data,which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of monitoring.To this end,a method for monitoring the operational status of crane drive mechanisms based on Internet of Things technology is proposed.The data acquisition instrument with model MSP430F1611 is used to collect the operating data of the crane driving mechanism.Using Internet of Things technology,the vibration and noise signals of the driving mechanism under normal operating conditions are preprocessed to extract the operating characteristics of the mechanism.Using the power of the mechanism as a monitoring indicator,achieve monitoring of the operating status of the crane driving mechanism.The experimental results show that the monitoring results of the crane driving mechanism using the research method are completely consistent with the actual situation.
