浅析境外项目安全管理的难点及对策

摘　　要：境外项目安全管理不仅关系着每一位境外员工的生命财产安全,更是深深地影响着企业在境外的经济效益和品牌形象。如何因地制宜地做好境外项目的安全管理,增强企业在境外的核心竞争力,已成为当下各工程企业境外项目管理值得思索和探究的一个课题。在境外项目安全管理实践经验的基础上,结合当前项目安全管理情况,探讨加强境外项目安全管理的有效对策。Safety management of overseas projects is not only related to the life and property safety of every overseas employee,but also deeply affects the eco effectively manage the safety of overseas projects according to local conditions and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises overseas has become a topic worthy of consideration and exploration for overseas project management in various engineering enterprises.Based on the practical experience of overseas projects safety management,this paper discusses the effective countermeasures for strengthening the safety management of overseas projects combining with the regular safety management measures.
