摘　　要：特许经营在我国尚处于发展的初级阶段,理清基础设施特许经营的概念,分析城市基础设施的运作方式,归纳特许经营模式的类别,回顾我国城市基础设施特许经营发展的历史和现状,总结特许经营在我国应用中存在的问题,提出下一步的发展建议,旨在提升我国城市基础设施特许经营发展质量和水平。Propose that concession is still in the early stage of development in China,clarify the concept of infrastructure concession,analyze the operation mode of urban infrastructure,summarize the categories of concession models,review the history and current situation of the development of urban infrastructure concession in China,summarize the problems existing in the application of concession in China,and propose the next development suggestions,aiming to promote the quality and level of the development of urban infrastructure concession in China.
