摘　　要：在当今经济高速发展的背景下,世界经济数字化转型已是大势所趋。建筑业作为我国国民经济支柱产业,同样面临着数字化转型的挑战与机遇。在当前建筑业的转型发展背景下,如何通过数字化转型来提高企业的经济效益与市场竞争力,已成为行业内普遍关注的课题。本文针对我国建筑企业进行数字化转型所面临的风险因素进行研究,并且阐明宏观因素和微观因素的主要内容。然后在调查问卷的基础上,通过分析不同风险因素的重要性与影响,结合调查结果提出相应建议,为企业加速推动数字化转型提供决策依据,以帮助建筑企业更好地应对行业内外部存在的风险与挑战。In the context of today's rapid economic development,the digital transformation of the world economy has become the trend of the times.As a pillar industry of China's national economy,the construction industry is also facing the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation.In the context of the current transformation and development of the construction industry,how to improve the market competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises through digital transformation has become a common concern in the industry.This paper studies the risk factors faced by construction enterprises in digital transformation,and clarifies the main contents of macro and micro factors.Then,on the basis of the questionnaire,this paper analyze the importance and impact of different risk factors,and put forward corresponding suggestions in combination with the results of the survey to provide a decision-making basis for enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation,so as to help construction enterprises better cope with the risks and challenges that exist both inside and outside the industry.
