摘 要:当前建筑业中,劳动力结构供需不均衡,尤其在传统水电行业中,此矛盾更为凸出。农民工群体作为建筑行业的主要劳动力供给部分,存在老龄化严重问题,而新时代的年轻人对于从事建筑业工作的认可度不高。智能化、机械化趋势的发展,对于传统水电建筑行业农民工整体素质提出了更高的要求,在个人劳动权益保护等方面面临较大挑战。本文浅谈水电建筑行业中农民工管理较为常见的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。In the current construction industry,there is an imbalance in the supply and demand of labor force structure,especially in the traditional hydropower industry,where this contradiction is more prominent.As the main labor supply sector in the construction industry,the migrant worker group faces a serious problem of aging,and the recognition of young people in the new era for working in the construction industry is not high.The development of intelligent and mechanized trends has put forward higher requirements for the overall quality of migrant workers in the traditional hydropower construction industry,and they face significant challenges in protecting their personal labor rights and interests.This article discusses the common problems in the management of migrant workers in the hydropower construction industry and proposes corresponding solutions.
