摘　　要：全过程工程咨询服务因服务主体和服务内容的不同,各项目服务模式各不相同。在某体育中心改造提升工程中,项目部采用“1+N”的全过程工程咨询服务,结合体育建筑的要求,抓住本项目建设关键环节,做好从运营前置、设计、招标、施工到竣工交付的全过程咨询服务,为后续类似项目采用全过程工程咨询提供参考。Full process engineering consulting services varies depending on the service subject and content,and the service modes of each project are different.In the renovation and upgrading project of a sports center,project department adopted a"1+N"full process engineering consulting service,combined with the requirements of sports building,catched the key links of the project construction,and provided full process consulting services from pre operation,design,bidding,construction,and completion delivery,providing reference cases for the full process engineering consulting of similar projects in the future.
