摘  要:针对抽水蓄能电站服务于发电侧和电力系统整体时,其服务范围和责任界限模糊导致成本分摊难以界定的问题,本文确定抽水蓄能电站在电源侧成本分摊的比例原则,建立基于VCG机制的混抽电站成本电源侧分摊方法模型,并设置不同的情景对电源侧成本分摊进行初步测算,并以贵州省构皮滩-思林混合式抽水蓄能电站进行测算。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to define the cost allocation when the pumped storage power station serves the power generation side and the power system as a whole,this paper determines the proportional principle of the cost allocation of the pumped storage power station on the power supply side,establishes the cost allocation method model of the hybrid pumped storage power station based on VCG mechanism,and sets up different scenarios to preliminarily calculate the cost allocation of the power supply side,and takes the Goupitan-Silin hybrid pumped storage power station in Guizhou Province as an example.
