摘　　要：随着一带一路逐渐进入“小而美”的发展阶段,跨文化冲突的问题逐渐凸显,逐渐成为中国承包商海外工程项目属地化战略的一大难题,本文通过孟加拉D电力项目实地工作经验及访谈资料,充分讨论跨文化冲突的实际案例及管控化解措施。As the Belt and Road has gradually entered the"small but beautiful"stage of development,the issue of cross-cultural conflicts has become increasingly prominent,and has gradually become a major problem in the localization strategy of Chinese contractors'overseas projects,based on the field work experience and interview data of D Power Project in Bangladesh,this paper discusses the actual cases of cross-cultural conflict and management measures.
