摘  要:在工程造价改革及工程总承包大力发展背景下,分析编制造价指标的必要性。结合造价指标的概念及城乡供水工程的特点,探究城乡供水工程造价指标编制的方法、编码、层级内容及要求等。编制方法选定典型项目法;编制内容包括厂区建筑、输配水管网和智慧水务三个一级指标;二级指标包括场平土石方、厂区构筑物(含土建、工艺及电气)、厂区房屋建筑、厂区附属工程、输水管网、配水管网、智慧水务软件及智慧水务硬件等;三、四级指标若干。最后结合实际案例编制相关造价指标。Against the backdrop of engineering cost reform and the vigorous development of engineering general contracting,this paper analyzes the necessity of compiling cost indicators.The paper combines the concept of cost indicators and the characteristics of urban and rural water supply projects to explore the methods,coding,hierarchical content,and requirements for compiling cost indicators for urban and rural water supply projects.The preparation method of cost indicators in this article mainly adopts the typical project method;The compilation of cost indicators in this article includes three primary indicators:factory buildings,water supply and distribution networks,and smart water management.The secondary cost indicators include site leveling earthwork,factory buildings(including civil engineering,process and electrical),factory buildings,factory ancillary projects,water supply and distribution networks,smart water software and smart water hardware,etc.There are many third level and fourth level cost indicators included.Finally,the author compiled relevant cost indicators based on actual cases.
