水环境治理项目造价编制关键问题探讨

摘　　要：本文对水环境治理项目的造价编制关键问题进行分析,发现存在造价编制口径不确定、无统一的计价依据、项目划分不清晰、临时工程计费等问题,总结提出在造价编制过程中需明确编制口径、确定计价依据,注重梳理各子项边界条件,做好项目划分等编制要点,并对临时工程费用计算提供建议,为此类项目的造价编制及管理提供参考。This article analyzes the key issues in the cost compilation of water environment management projects,and finds that there are problems such as uncertain cost preparation criteria,lack of unified pricing basis,unclear project division,and temporary engineering billing.It summarizes and proposes that in the cost preparation process,it is necessary to clarify the preparation criteria,determine the pricing basis,pay attention to sorting out the boundary conditions of each sub item,and do a good job in project division and other preparation points.Suggestions are also provided for the calculation of temporary engineering costs,to provide reference for the cost preparation and management of such projects.
