工效分析法在境外项目投标报价编制中的应用研究

摘　　要：在境外建筑市场招投标中,因国别市场、计价规则和标准、报价编制软件等不同,给境外投标报价带来了很大困难。应有一套切实可行的报价编制程序,在短时间完成有竞争性报价编制工作。本文介绍的工效分析法就是针对不同国别和计价规则,通过工程项目施工方案、工序分析、资源配置、市场询价等分析,完成境外工程项目投标报价的编制。In the bidding of the overseas construction market,due to the different markets,valuation rules and standards,and the use of software,it has brought great difficulties to overseas bid quotes.There should be a practical and feasible quotation preparation procedure to complete competitive quotation preparation work in a short period of time.T he work efficiency analysis method described in this article is to complete the preparation of overseas engineering project bidding and quotations through analysis of engineering project construction plans,process analysis,resource allocation,and market inquiry analysis under different countries and pricing rules.
